How can I make changes/corrections to the online form in e-KYC platform?
We have given a "Restart Form" option on top right of e-KYC platform. You can use this option and select the desired page from the available list where you want to make changes. There are no limitations on changing the details. However, once the application form is e-signed, system will not allow any changes to it. It is strongly advisable to download and check the prefilled information in application form before proceeding for e-sign.

If I do not have a digilocker, where can I get one?
Signing up for DigiLocker is easy - all you need is your mobile or Aadhaar number. It taken less than a minute to setup the account with digilocker.
Once you click on “Connect to Digilocker” and you will land up on a digilocker page where you will be asked to athenticate the GEPL’s e-KYC to access your e-aadhar and details. If you want to setup a digilocker account in e-KYC, please click on “Sign-up” and follow the simple steps to create once for you.
Your mobile/Aadhaar number will be authenticated by sending an OTP (one-time password) followed by setting your security PIN for 2-Factor authentication. This will create your DigiLocker account.
What all documents do I have to upload when doing e-kyc?
Copy of signed PAN card (in case, I am not KRA registered).
Copy of cheque indicating IFSC code and MICR details.
Signature is needed on a plain white paper i.e. wet signature.
In case you want to trade in Futures and option segment then last year ITR returns or 6 month’s bank statement need to be uploaded.
It is also advisable to check whether you mobile is linked with Aadhaar or not (Click here), to use digilocker and electronically sign the documents.
